I can not express how proud I am of all the girls that have the courage to get on that stage and rock it!
This was our first year with Dream Girls USA and I can honestly say that it has been a very positive influence on my 3 year old MacKenzie.
We attended Nationals and Miss Samee had been telling MacKenzie that she had a beautiful crown that she needed to use to show other little girls how to behave (believe shes a handful) and she told her to be a little lady. After the National Pageant was over we were leaving the hotel with all of MacKenzies outfits and dresses out for everyone to see on the cart(she had to take 5 dresses! lol). We were just getting off the elevator and a little girl said how pretty the dresses were and that she wanted one. Her dad had told her that one day she could but it cost a lot. I had asked MacKenzie if she wanted to give away a dress to the pretty little girl so she could enjoy it too. MacKenzie picked out her favorite blue dress on that cart and gave it to the little girl. While the little girl was taking it, MacKenzie looked at her and said "Be a lady." I have never been more proud of my daughter than I was in that moment. The father was asking if I was sure and telling me that they didn't have the money for it. I explained to him that we were Dream Girls USA and we were all about helping out others. We are one big family. I tried so hard not to cry in front of that man or his daughter but I did. Miss Samee has taught my daughter something that I know that she will never forget.
I know that if we stay with Dream Girls USA, my daughter will be a well-rounded little lady. :o)
Thank you so much Dream Girls USA for being such an inspiration to all the girls and we look forward to many more years with our new family!
What being a Dream Queen has meant to me
Wow where do I even begin. My name is Elyzabeth Halberstadt and I am your reigning 2010-2011 Indiana Queen of Queens. It was an honor that I will never forget. Dream Girls USA has opened so many doors of opportunity for me. I have participated in numerous parades, and had a chance even host my own event. Dream Girls USA is a pageant program that I would recommend to everyone! All of my friends always want to see my crown and sash, and try it on. I am honored to be able to represent Dream Girls with my community service and appearances. I have been with the Dream Girls USA family for over 2 years now and they have all been exciting. I have met lifelong friends in this system. My director Marleena is the best anyone could have and I am so lucky that she came into my life. I am positive that I will go far in life and this only the beginning for me. So I am Elyzabeth Halberstadt and I have gone from Jr. Miss Madison County to your 2009-2010 Jr. Miss Indiana and I am now your 2010-2011 Indiana Queen of Queens. So girls always remember Don’t Just Dream, Do It! I did and look how far I have come!
Dear Miss Melissa,
Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be a Queen at Dream Girls USA! I can't thank you enough!
My reign WILL be awesome! Thank you for the beautiful crown and sash. I love it! The crown is so beautiful.
The sash is great too! My title is a mouthful to say, but I sure do love having it!
Miss Samee is going to put my name on the back of my sash...Yay!!!!!
Once again thank you so much for everything you do. You are awesome! This is everything I ever wanted!
You Rock Miss Melissa! I love being a real girl with Dream Girls USA so much.
Sincerely and respectfully,
Your 2010-2011 Wisconsin Dream Girls USA Supreme Ambassador
MAKAYLA ANN HOERMAN

Every year around April or May my mother and I plan a girls night. We gather up snacks, pen, paper and the remote! Our girls night is watching the Miss USA pageant on TV. So imagine my surprise when Ms Melissa announced last year during my crowning as YAMI Queens of Queens that I would be attending the Miss USA pageant LIVE in Las Vegas! I was thrilled to say the least. As my year as your 2009 National Queen of Queens draws to a close what better of a way than to attend the Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas with my mom. I did not go to the Miss USA pageant only as the YAMI National Queens of Queens, but I shared this experience with my mom who is my side by side queen as your 2009-2010 National Overall Supreme Mother-Daughter for DreamGirls USA!
In Las Vegas we had the opportunity to represent two of the best pageant systems! We were so proud when people stopped us and asked us what our banners were for. Even tourists from other countries got very excited and wanted to take pictures! We felt like celebrities! We were and are ROYALTY! Oh and by the way, did I say "celebrities "? The most exciting moments during our trip to Vegas fell on the night of the MISS USA pageant. We had the opportunity to meet several celebrities including Donald Trump, Paula Deen, Curtis Stone, Oscar Nunez, Johnny Weir, Trace Atkins, Carl Dunn and JJ Smith.....WOW! What a night. And like at home ....we had our snack and drink. We sat in the audience.and argued about our favorites to win. LOL! We not only had the best "Girls Night", but thanks to YAMI and DreamGirls USA.....we had the best "Girls Weekend!" The pageant was amazing, the sights were amazing, the shows were amazing...I could go on and on. We made memories to last a lifetime!
I was awarded this trip just by doing what should come naturally to everyone. Earning the title of Young American Miss International National Queen of Queens was done by honestly caring for other people. It's simple really and here are my 3 tips for you. Get out in your communities and volunteer! Always treat people the way you would want to be treated, and always be true to who you are by never compromising your integrity.....this is representing POSITIVE PAGEANTRY!
Thank you again,

Hello Miss Melissa,
My daughter, Macey Tong, was crowned at the ND Dream Girls pageant and we are super excited to come and meet you in July! We have heard so many wonderful things about the National Pageant, I can’t wait to see it all come together.
In addition, I want to tell you how awesome Miss Rae, the North Dakota Director has been. She has been an amazing director, always has a prompt answer for me and always willing to help out. We couldn’t have done it without her. She is great and I have enjoyed working with her and Macey adores her too! We had a blast at the State Pageant and we are looking forward to the National Pageant in July.
Please let me know if you received it and again, thanks for this wonderful pageant program.
Just wanted to drop you a quick note - Erin and her two little queens are AWESOME!!!! they ARE what I hoped Dream Girls USA would be - Erin and her daughters have such poise, confidence and are amazing role models and have been so increadilty helpful and supportive. This past year would not have been the amazing year it has been without them being a part of it - these traites are truley unique.
Patty
This note of thanks is from Dream Girls USA 2010/2011 Baby Miss Missouri,.Queen Sydney
Dear Miss Melissa,
I'm having my very proud Nana write to you since I don't talk very well yet. But believe me, if I could talk, I would be telling everyone I meet about the wonderful, very positive experience we had at the Missouri State Pageant this past weekend! However I'd have some trouble getting a word in at all since my Mommy, Daddy, Papa, and Nana have been sharing the news of my win with everyone! I know we are really looking forward to National's, and as my mom shared with you briefly after the crowning on Sunday, we have our eye on gaining the National Baby Miss Supreme Title for Missouri!
My Mommy was in pageants when she was younger and while she had fun, she's said there's no comparison, hands down Dream Girls USA is the one to be in as everyone we met this past weekend was truly friendly, and again, everything was so positive! My Daddy was concerned at first since he thought there'd be makeup, tanning etc... but we assured him that this was NOT a "Toddler's & Tiara's" type program. And, after this past weekend, I think now he's kind of caught the "pageant bug"! In fact he found out that his Army duties won't interfere so he's going to be able to come to National's with me, Mommy and Nana!
From now,up til National's, I'm looking forward to a bunch of appearances in the Branson area, as it's been arranged through the Table Rock Lake Area Chamber to have me attend several Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Events. I'm also looking forward to many appearances to a lot of the shows and meeting the entertainers at each. I'm going to be a very busy little girl with lots of photo opportunities and I look forward to sending pictures' Miss Jennifer's way.
We strongly feel that special recognition should be given to Miss Jennifer. She truly has a passion for the Dream Girls USA Program. It's hard to believe that this was just her first year as a Director. With her attention to detail, and her follow up leading up to the State Pageant, everything was so seamless and smooth when we got there, that the only thing left for us to do was to concentrate on having fun! And we had a blast!
Miss Jennifer's sincere interest in all of the Hometown Queens is something we especially appreciated. Because even while facing her own set of trials this past year, she still took the time to let us know she was available to talk too as much as we needed, as we had trials of our own...my Daddy being gone to Kuwait all year until this March, and with my surgery this past Jan.
She really worked hard to make the Dream Girls USA Pageant experience a positive one and it was a success!
Thanks to Dream Girls USA for a wonderful time!

Even though my State didn't have a Director last year, Miss Melissa encouraged me to come to Nationals as a State appointed Queen. Boy, am I glad I did! I left St. Louis that weekend as the new 2009-2010 Dream Girls USA Overall Starlet, this title was based on my talent skills! I really expected to just have a great time in St. Louis and meet some new friends and perform my talent which is Irish Dance. I was so excited when they called out MY name as an Overall Supreme Queen out of all the girls in the pageant!
Let's face it, the crowns and trophies are awesome but having this title has allowed me to participate in so many different community service activities as a leader. I have served tea at a museum fundraising benefit, helped at "Relay for Life", collected coats for children, entertained at Ronald McDonald Houses and had the opportunity so far to ride in many parades.
I would really encourage girls from all States, especially without directors, to just COME...be yourself...and focus on having a really great time. You CAN count on Miss Melissa and her staff to answer all of your questions. I know she must have answered a million of my Moms! Dream Girls USA pageant is a pageant where you can really be yourself.
Thank You!
Kelsea Bixler * OKLAHOMA * National Overall Supreme Starlet

In 2003, Elizabeth was born prematurely and sick with viral menningitis. Her immune system has always lacked. She has had chronic allergies and sinusitis. She has always suffered from chronic sinus congestion and asthma. This made her hearing muffled, and made her speech develop improperly because she could not hear the words properly. She has been in speech therapy since she was 3. Moving forward, Liz started Kindergarten the fall of 2008. If you remember, a lot of Kindergarten is phonics; "B" makes the sound "buh." Her teacher, Mrs. Mastrud would call on Liz to demonstrate her technique aloud during class. Liz was so self conscious and certain that she would say the sound wrong, she would completely choke and decline to say anything at all. In January of 2009, we were at her second parent teacher conference of her Kindergarten year. Mrs. Mastrud relays to us that Liz is missing many of the target goals of the year, and would not be prepared to move forward to 1st grade, in addition she would need to20take intramural reading programs, summer school PLUS repeating Kindergarten. Shocked. Dishearted. Certain that I had failed my daughter in some way. John (our Dream Dad) and I seeked out an outlet for Liz to build her confidence and self esteem. We looked at theatre, so that she could learn to speak aloud as well as building her confidence at the same time. She tried out for the local Community Theatre- and failed to make the cut because of her speech imperfections. Then McKenzie reminded us about a float in a parade that we has seen last fall, Dream Girls USA and told me that a girl in her school was one of the Dream Girl Queens. I did some checking into it and found out that there was a Spokesmodel area of competition, in which they are required to give a one minute introduction of themselves. John and I considered the pageant and didn’t want to be involved with the glitz pageants, like ones on the show “Toddlers and Tiara” because we didn’t agree with all of the fake hair, fake teeth, tons of makeup and fake tans. We felt that the message behind the glitz, is that they NEED all of that hair, teeth and extras to be pretty and confident. We were thrilled to find out that Dream Girls USA seeks only all natural girls. No false “extras” are welcome. In fact girls 0-6 years of age are not even allowed to wear any make up. With that in mind we signe d up, Elizabeth, McKenzie and I!!! There is power in numbers- and things are always more fun with family!! We were supposed to compete in Minnesota in March. We got out the old karaoke machine and just started gaining bravery through making animal noises and singing silly songs. Then working up to reading books to each other. Then next was going to Barnes and Noble and sitting in the chair and reading books aloud in the store, sometimes there were people there and sometimes it was just us. In March, we competed in Minneapolis, where Elizabeth was the overall High Point Champion of the pageant! WOW!! We could hardly believe it!! Elizabeth’s confidence thrived. In May, was a field trip to the local zoo I was asked to chaperone. While I was there, Mrs. Mastrud asked me, what Elizabeth has been doing lately because she could see such a marked difference, not just in her self confidence but her phonics, reading and willingness to participate in class. I told her about Dream Girls USA and the pageant she had won! Mrs. Mastrud continued to say that because Elizabeth had made SO MUCH progress, it was her intention to pass Elizabeth to 1st grade!! That was the icing on the cake!! Crown or no crown, “stash” or no “stash”; the gifts of poise, confidence and self-esteem that Elizabeth had learned was priceless!! She had won.
My other daughter, McKenzie in March became Minnesota’s Supreme Talent winner!! McKenzie is twelve and in seventh grade Middle School. It was not too long ago that we were in Middle School- come on!! It hasn’t been that long!! Right?? I am sure you remember about the self esteem issues that go on there. There is always the competition of who has better and more expensive clothes, who is dating which boy, who has gotten their boobs first, who has their periods, who has the least amount pimples, who has the highest grades… and the list goes on and on because some of our High School pressures are now Middle School pressures like, drinking, sex and drugs. Today, McKenzie’s confidence is so powerful that she has the confidence to say no to everyday pressures. She knows that she is a good person. She wears her crown from within- and it really does sparkle everyday all the way to the outside, through all of the little things. Her bravery to help younger classmen, her heroism to care about the world around her, and her boldness to create the next fashion trend!! She has even decided to run for Student Senate- something she has never been brave enough to even try for!! She really is not just dreaming it- she really is doing it!! I
In May of 2009, we h ave competed at the Dream Girls USA Grand Nationals Pageant in beautiful St Louis, Missouri over Memorial Day weekend. There were around 250 other competitors. AND WE WON!!! We are the 2009 National Mother Daughter Daughter!! That was the sprinkles on the cake!! The winning moment; the girls and I crossing our fingers, and asking all sitting around us to cross theirs; hearing Miss Melissa say out names and hearing them echo the grand ball room; grabbing hands, screaming and running up to the stage is a moment we will never forget!!! Since then, we have been busy making appearances at various places, doing a variety of community service, participating in parades, doing some modeling and public speaking- but more importantly are the memories that we have been making!! The friends that we have met and all of the fun we have had. We are looking forward to starting a scrapbook this October, and I actually bought two because of all of the great things we have been a part of!! I encourage you take to take a chance and don’t just dream- do it!! We did!! And we are loving every second!!
Love and Hugs!!

Hello...I'm Linda Franchini from Missouri
I entered Dream Girls USA with some hesitation at first... Was I crazy to enter a pageant
at the age of 57? Well, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness by the State Directors and the State contestants! I had a wonderful time. I was amazed when my name was called for the Missouri Dream Girls USA Overall Spokesmodel title. I then attended the Nationals expecting nothing but to have a great time... There were 256 contestants and I was number 255! I was amazed at all the contestants and in the Classic Ms. Division. They were of age range from 41 up to about 70 years of age. We were made to feel as valued as any contestant. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect. I really felt like I was special. I even had a little girl ask me for my autograph. When they called me out as the new 2009-2010 National Classic Ms. Queen, I nearly fainted. But, it didn't stop there, that I, a 57 year old could make it to the top 15 for the Overall Hi-Point Queen was a testament to the Dream Girls USA Program. They really are looking for the total package. I left that pageant feeling like a Queen and having memories to last me a lifetime. You really are NEVER too old to have a dream and
to achieve it. Thank you Dream Girls USA for giving us "Classic Women" a pageant of distinction to compete in. I am proud to be one of your queens....

Hello, my name is Victoria and we are from Montana. I am I guess what is called a "newbie" to pageants with my daughter. I just wanted to thank Miss Melissa for taking almost an hour of her day to speak to me on the phone about Dream Girls USA and what it stands for. I am very impressed by looking at your website and I felt compelled to say so. Some of the other sites I looked at didn't seem nearly as informative. Some of the pageants I tried to contact, I'm still waiting on a phone call! I first spoke to a Mr. Vickers at your office and he promised you would call back right away. You did. I thank you so much for the time given to help me and my daughter Arianna. From our conversation and especially when you told me you told TLC a firm "No thank you" to be on their show, I applaud that. I do realize not all pageants are like that as I can see it from your website. You say you want real girls and that is what I see. I hope to be able to put my daughter in one of your pageants, at least some day. I am not sure if we can come straight to the Nationals for our first pageant, but would like to invite you to Montana anytime! Please post my message because I give you an A for everything. Good luck and I will stay in touch Miss Melissa!

Years ago, a little girl lived in a very controlling, manipulative, verbally abusive environment. She learned not to look up, not offer an opinion, and only answer questions when spoke to. She did not receive positive comments about grades, only to try harder. She was very quiet, had no self esteem, and thought she was not good enough for anybody or anything. A few years ago, something wonderful happened to her. She found a Dream Girls USA Pagaent brochure, and became a hometown queen. From there, she has learned to dream big. She has gained a great deal of confidence, self esteem, poise, beauty, and many friends because of her Dream Girls USA family. When she has won a title, the smile on my beautiful daughter's face is a dream come true for me- her Mom, and you have made her dreams come true too.
Dream Girls USA Pageant has been a lifesaver for her/us- a very positive experience indeed.
Thank you,
From a grateful Mom.....

Dream Girls USA made my dreams come true! Now it's your turn!
I went from representing my hometown to representing my state and had the best time ever! I'm Samantha Hoerman and my journey began with Dream Girls USA. This past year has brought me nothing but happiness and excitement. I started out as Miss Antigo 2007-2008 and competed at the Wisconsin State Pageant, had a blast, and managed to tie myself for two titles! I don't know any pageant that would take the time to give a girl the option of which title she would rather enjoy. I tied myself for Supreme Talent and Supreme Spokesmodel...I chose Supreme Spokesmodel. Most pageants wouldn't even tell you that you tied yourself for two separate titles, let alone choose the one you want. I also had the chance to advance onto Nationals in St. Louis. Eventhough I didn't place I had the best time of my life! I wouldn't trade that experience for anything in the world.
With Dream Girls USA you have more than just a team, you have another family. I love my new family with all my heart, and I'm so glad that I could share these experiences with them. They have all taught me one thing that I will never forget..."Don't Just Dream It. Do It!"

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone so very much for helping me to achieve the title of Director of the Year! Wow....how exciting! I was thrilled when I heard my name called out on the big stage. I got chills as I looked out to the crowd and saw all of the wonderful Michigan queens and their families cheering me on and yelling my name. What an amazing moment for me! I've never had an experience like that before! And on top of that, it wasn't just Michigan girls cheering for me. There were people from all over the USA cheering and clapping, which was just awesome! I've had the opportunity to meet so many people through Dream Girls USA that I would have never met if it wasn't for this pageant. I feel so blessed to have met you all!
I also need to take a moment to thank my Michigan Dream Team and their families for helping me to achieve this goal. Without your support, sportsmanship, team work, along with turning in paperwork and photos by deadlines, and just being there when I needed you, I could have never won Director of the Year. Also, to my wonderful and beautiful daughter, Chrystaline, your support, help, patience, advice and hard work all year has been priceless! You are my angel! So I don't feel that this title is just for me....it's for my Dream Team. You are all a dream come true! Thank you!
Miss Melissa and Mr. Al, I could have never done this without your help and advice and support throughout the year either. And Miss Melissa, if your pageant wasn't run so well, then I could never bring such a big team of happy contestants to your pageant each year. It would all fall apart if the national pageant wasn't as wonderful as it is. You run a well produced, fun, exciting pageant that looks for Real Girls, and encourages community service and good sportsmanship...all things that the contestants are looking for. And each year the pageant improves! You are always growing and making changes to make things even better! Keep up the great work!
Mr. Stan, the trophy that you made is stunning! The marble base is so heavy! I absolutely love it. It's in a place of honor in my living room where everyone will see it the second they walk in :) I am so excited about having won the trip along with the title! I can't wait to head out to my home state of California!!! My mom and sister live out there, and I'm looking forward to a fun visit.
I CANNOT WAIT TO GO ON MY CRUISE WITH MY DAUGHTER...THANK YOU FOR THIS AWARD!!!! WOW!!!
I'll be sending back photos! Thank you to everyone once again!

Hi--I am Rachel Bruno
and I have the honor to hold 2 titles here In Illinois for USA Productions!!!
I am the first ever YOUNG AMERICAN MISS ILLINOIS Pre-teen queen for 2007-2008
AND.... Dream Girls USA Illinois Supreme talent for 2007-2008.
What a fabulous year for me, and i feel so lucky to be a queen in both programs. Ms. Gladys has been the best director ever--next to Miss Melissa, of course. Miss Tiffany told me all about nationals, and after months and months of practicing, off I went. I had so much fun in St Louis--the hotel was great, and I got to be with all my Illinois pageant friends all weekend, as well as meeting new pageant sisters from all over the country. Friday night was the National YAMI pageant, and I won the best community service award and first runner-up to the queen!!! Yeah!!!! On to Dream Girls USA national finals --lots of work all weekend, but tons of fun. I placed in three of the four optionals, but unfortunately, was not selected as a queen. It is a little disappointing, but makes me want to work all that much harder for next year's nationals. Now I am concentrating on winning Illinois Queen of queens in YAMI and Dream Girls USA for my state.
Dream Girls USA is a great pageant program--you got tons of help and advice. I have done a lot of community service with my titles, and am planning on much more this summer. You do not have to be in a pageant before to be in Dream Girls USA, which is one of the reasons it is so wonderful. Never let anyone get in the way of your dreams--I never did, and look at me now.
I wish good luck to everyone!!!
Queen Rachel

Hello..My name is Vanessa D. I wanted to give a testimony too, even though I
Have not competed yet. Will you please share my family's thoughts on your website? I wanted to thank Miss Melissa of Dream Girls USA for speaking with me and my Mom on the phone for over an hour to answer our questions. The fact that you promote an introduction or continuation for community involvement is outstanding to me. Also, that all the competitions are in one price package is pretty much unheard of. We have watched and heard so much great things about Dream Girls USA for the past couple of years and even though you do not have a Director in my State yet, it is something I dream about. After giving up my Teen title soon with another pageant, I feel that This just may be my year to be a part of DreamGirls USA. I believe in reigning with your title to the fullest. This is apparent on your site and all the photos and testimonials. That is what drove me to write one also. I love that you said we have choices and we decide how we reign. With choices, I do see so many queens from all over the USA with a lot of activity! This will be my goal if I am selected to be my State Delegation Queen. I have looked at your site with my family and 2 sponsors! Everyone is so incredibly impressed with your family oriented program AND especially that you promote realness... This is such good news. I can see that this title is well sought after. My family and I are impressed with the prizes offered and thanks for sending me the closeup of your national banner. I think it is the best I have ever seen and very beautiful! You were right, it is more than just winning a cash prize, I agree. I wish all the new queens good luck and I hope to be your pageant sister soon too! Thank you Miss Melissa again as I can see the dedication you put into your pageant. Thank you for giving positive choices to girls all over and for girls like me so we can be our very best and I hope you please post my message too!

She is very excited because we just got a letter in the mail from Hillary Clinton today! Hillary thanked her for the photos she gave her of Mary-K with Hillary and Evan Bayh, and with Bill Clinton and with Ted Danson.
Hillary said she was incredibly grateful for the mementos and said is was wonderful to meet her in Terre Haute and that she loves seeing the enthusiasm of young girls like Mary-K on her campaign trail.

Thank you so much for another great pageant experience. I know you hear it all the time but I am very sincere when I say this. We have been with Dream Girls USA for three years and we intend on making it several more. Katie and Kelsie had such a great time and they loved the Arch outing. We have all made so many friends and have kept in touch with several of them. Katie is ecstatic about being a National Queen and Kelsie is thrilled about being a State Queen. We came home from Nationals and immediately made a HUGE list of ideas for appearances and community service. The girls will work together all year on making Dream Girls USA proud. We continue to spread the word about Dream Girls USA and what it does for girls and women of all ages. Thank you for all of your hard work and encouraging words over the years. We appreciate it so much. It makes us feel like we are truly part of the Dream Girls USA family. Thank you again!

Hello Miss Melissa and family:
Brije and I just wanted to say what a wonderful weekend we had. She is still on cloud nine(and ten and above lol). We are happy to hear that you made it home safely. I just wanted to let you know that how grateful we are to be apart of the Dream Girls U.S.A. family. I didn't want to bombard you with an email last week because I assumed that you would want to relax(you probably needed it huh?). So, I will just send you one at 2 in the morning . She already has many appearance lined up. Next saturday(6/5), she is doing a food drive for our local festival. She will also be riding in the parade. Brije' is setting up volunteer work with the relay for life for our county on 6/13. She is also trying to get her mom to let her half-sisters compete in their home states(North Carolina and Louisiana). I will have to get with Miss April on the entry fees at state for them. She is already planning on attending the Illinois State Pageant next year. So "our" Dream Girl National Queen is on her way. I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you again for all of your support.
Love.....

Just wanted to send a note of thanks for the national pageant. We had a lot of fun there and was thrilled that Alexyss got 1st runner up and Best Dressed awards.........we were hoping just to place in the top 5 and she did!!!! I was really quite nervous going into this cause we were unsure of the Runway outfit and what all it should be but it turned out great and next year we will be all set LOL. This was the biggest pageant that Alexyss has done and I thought it went very well.........everything was run on time or as close as possible to it.
All the baby/tiny parents (mom and dads) were really nice and I didnt hear one bad thing. Of course we all (parents/grandparents) think our child is the best and should win........lol........for some they just cant accept they didnt win...........I learned long time ago you cant please everyone so you just have to do what you think is right and by the rules........which we thought it went great.
I just wanted to once again just wanted to say thanks for a great time and well run pageant..............and hope to see you next year!!!!

Greetings from your new Dream Girls USA
Classic Ms National Queen, Maggie Self
Just wanted to say thanks for the most exciting and fun pageant ever! I have had a wonderful week end and met soooo many wonderful pageant friends! Thanks for the most positive pageant experience! Melissa , You are so dedicated and take so much extra effort to make your people happy and fairly judged and make it possible for everyone to have dreams and goals : not just the satisfaction of winning a title! Thank all the hard working folks that made my experience so special! Thanks for all the wonderful new Friends and most of all thanks for the opportunity for your friendship!
TN was small in numbers, but almost everyone did get at least in the top five of something ! We were awesome! When my name was called , top five, then I was left as the last one ---which was Queen, I just could not believe it, I really did almost get sick at my stomach from the unexpected surprise!!!! My greatest honor was to have my fellow participants vote for me as their choice of Ms Congeniality , Thanks again!
Smiles, sunshine, and fried taters,

Hi Melissa!
Brooke is delighted with her prize, and her picture on the website! I cannot tell you how impressed I am that you always do exactly what you say you will. This is so refreshing! I am sending Bobbi the rest of Brooke State entry tomorrow, and we are very excited about the April pageant. Hopefully, she will do well and advance to nationals, but regardless, I am just thrilled at how you run your organization. Thank you, and we hope you have a wonderful holiday!

Miss Melissa, Miss Gladys, and Tiffany,
Just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful trip to California and the Miss Teen USA Pageant. It was by far one of the most exciting trips I have ever taken. It was so much more than my mother and I ever expected. Meeting Miss USA herself Rachel Smith was absolutely amazing. She was everything I thought she would be...gracious, beautiful, and extremely intelligent. I hope one day to be standing in her footprints.
Let me tell you girls, Dream Girls USA truly know how to go "red carpet" style. My trip began with the Limousine showing up at my door at 5:30 am to head to the airport. My sister queen Tiffany joined my mother and I for this once in a lifetime experience. (I LOVE YOU TIFFANY) We headed to San Francisco had lunch and them it was off to Burbank California. From there we got our rental car and drove to Pasadena, California to check into the hotel where all of the Miss USA Teen contestants were staying. Thursday evening there was a reception for all of the contestants in the hotel lobby. I was so excited to meet Miss Teen Illinois Victoria Davis herself. She was drop dead gorgeous and had the best bubbly personality to match. I knew she would make Illinois proud. Like Dream Girls USA, and I it was her first time competing in the Miss USA Teen pageant and she was now representing Illinois at Nationals. Go Victoria. Just in case you missed it she placed Top 15!!!!! After mingling with the contestants we headed up to bed knowing we had a long day ahead of us.
Friday came. It was the BIG day. I would see the Jonas Brothers, Mario Lopez, Melissa Joan Heart, Ryan Sheckler, and the amazing contestants. What more could a girl ask for. The pageant was EXCITING, AWESOME, and LIFE CHANGING. I truly admire those young ladies for their grace and the ability to be seen in front of millions in just a swim suit. LOL! They were all so beautiful.
After the pageant my mother and I were able to attend the VIP reception and I was able to meet 38 of the contestants and get autographs. Every one of them, wished me luck on my future endeavors, and said they looked forwarded to seeing me someday in the Miss USA Teen pageant I don't know what the future holds in store for me, but I am so blessed I had the opportunity to spend this awesome weekend with my mother and Miss Tiffany. Thank you again Miss Melissa. DREAM GIRLS USA is the best!
Saturday, we took the time to tour downtown and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I found Jack Nicholson's star and of course had to get a picture. We also had time to go shopping and I got some great deals on some purses. Thanks Miss Tiffany for sharing your shopping secrets. You do know LA! We left LA and headed out to Santa Monica Pier and I swam in the freezing ocean. My mom and Miss Tiffany were whimps (haha) and wouldn't join me, but I love em' anyway.
We had to leave California and head home Sunday, but it was not without making memories that would last a lifetime. I can't thank my mom enough for keeping me motivated to seek sponsors for the Good Luck Sponsor ad pages to earn this trip. Every phone call, every ride to pick up a sponsor check, was well worth it. To all my Dream Girls USA sisters don't let anything stop you from reaching your dreams, and accomplishing your goals. I didn't.
You could be the next Ambassador queen headed to Miss Teen USA for a
fabulous PAID trip for 2!!!
I love you all, and wish each and every one of you the best of luck this year at Nationals. No matter whether you walk away with a crown on your head or not, always represent Dream Girls USA as if you do. Make sure you are a positive role model at all times, and sooner or later that crown will make it's way to your head...so hold it high.
God bless,
Samantha Nicole Triani

My positive Journey * From Marissa Weiler (IL)
The day that I received my Hometown Queen Kit which consisted of my Crown and Banner, I felt like a Queen as soon as I put them on. That was the day that my journey started with DreamGirls USA. I proudly set out to secure my sponsorship for the Illinois State Pageant!!!! When the time came for the State Pageant I had a mixture of emotions anxious, happy, and nervous, hoping that I would win,and to my surprise I did win, when Miss Gladys called my name ,I couldn't believe it I was so very happy!!! Then it was on to Nationals, the workshops that Miss Gladys provide for us to prepare for Nationals are priceless you can and will learn a lot So, Thank You Miss Gladys, and also Thanks to Tiffany McCallen, who is a pro at this for helping us girls!! Being at Nationals was a wonderful experience, I knew that it was going to be hard work because every girl wants to become a Queen or High Point Queen. But my Mom always tells me to be confident in myself, do the very best you can, and above all have fun. I've made so many new friends at Nationals and I look forward to seeing them again next year, everyone was so nice , especially the National Queens they were helpful and very gracious, for they were once in our shoes. When the Crowning Ceremony began I became very nervous because everyone had done a wonderful job but someone had to be chosen Queen, who would it be? When the time came for choosing the Young American Queen for the Jr. Teen category and Miss Melissa called my name, I kind of stood there for a moment( not hearing it) then I realized it was me, I was so happy, And I also made Top 15 to the High Point Queen and 2nd Runner up to the Division Queen. I am very proud of my accomplishments. I would like to Thank my Family and friends who support me in all that I do, Thanks to Miss Gladys who is a Great State Director, who keeps us up to date on everything , and Thanks to Miss Melissa who is a wonderful National Director and runs a Great Pageant Program. So Remember, If there is something that You really want , Don't be afraid to GO FOR IT!!!!!!

DREAM GIRLS USA, wow, what a great pageant system. From the time I became a hometown queen until today being a Queen of Queens. I was always treated with the same respect that everybody deserves. It has been almost three years now, and it really doesn't seem like it. I have met so many great people, friends for a lifetime and an everlasting experience at both the State and the National pageants.
Being a part of Dream Girls USA, has given me so much confidence and I have a lot of fun on the stage. Competing is only a part of being a Dream Girl; the rest is community service, public speaking and learning how to bring out the best of you no matter what you want to do in life.
Let's not forget about all of the fun stuff that we do, being in parades, meeting celebrities and being a part of the community. I would like to thank Miss April from Michigan and Miss Melissa for having such an awesome pageant and all of their words of encouragement. This has really brought me out of my shyness and encourages me to try my best.
I am not just dreaming it, I am doing it!!!
Big Hugs to All

"I love the Dream Girls U.S.A. Pageant system. The Directors are incredibly fair, well organized and kind. They go above and beyond to help you with advice, fundraising, and are always there to assist you with any aspect of competition that you need help with. It is the only pageant system that I know of that offers free workshops to their contestants to work on your pageantry skills. It is so awesome that if you win a State title, they pay your entry fee into the National Pageant! AND you don't have to buy 2 ad pages at $600 for each like some of those "other pageants"..... It would be hard for you to find a more beautiful crown and sash than what Dream Girls USA gives to their National winners. Don't just dream it...Do it! I did and my dreams came true as I was crowned this years National Elegant Ms."

I am very very excited to be a part of DREAM GIRLS USA. This is my 3rd pageant and so far....I have gotten so much support from everyone. The Director, Miss Melissa, the staff, other Queens I've met, just everyone! I can't wait for Nationals. My year is going well. I am practicing hard, and I am involved with my local animal shelter AND the St.Mary's Nursing home in my hometown. Thank you so much Dream Girls USA for this opportunity. I already feel more confident and I'm learning more everyday. My mom and dad are very supportive and thank you for talking to us on the phone many times about all the events! Oh yeah, the Promo CD is very very cool. I've had my friends watch it and maybe I'll get some girls to join tooooo!

I have never had so much fun in all my life like I have being a Dream Girls USA Queen. When I first became a hometown queen and I went on my first parade float with Shane the National Beauty Queen, all I could think was "I'm going to have a crown like that!!" All the queens where so nice to be around and the parade was so fun.
Little did I know that would be the beginning of a wonderful year!
When I went to state and I saw the stage the butterflies started. After I got my hair and makeup just right, I was ready for the first stage of competition-the one minute introduction. Back-stage I was used to pageants being hectic, but actually all the girls were very nice and it was not hectic at all. I had ups and downs at state, but I won Dream Girls USA Teen Miss NC!! I practiced everyday until it was time to pack up and go to Nationals. At the end of May right after I had gotten out of school we were on our way to Nationals. I was excited, nervous, and anxious to get to Missouri, the longest 13 hours of my life!! But oh, what a time I had with ALL the girls from across the country!
When we got there I met some of my competition, and they were all very nice and just all around American girls. I loved the accents because you could tell exactly where they were from. And for a country girl who hadn't gone very far from her home, you better believe I was telling the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas girls to repeat all different kinds of words. Back-stage I always made sure to drink some coffee so I would have plenty of energy and I kept everybody laughing which made everyone forget how nervous they were. So everyone just had a good time. At the Jammin Pajama Dance Party we made a big circle and I a fun time. We took many pictures and had a ball. Until the party had to stop cause it was "bed time." Then.... it was it, the day we had all been waiting for.
When I heard that the Sr. High Point Grand Supreme was from North Carolina, I didn't think it was me. When they called "Lindsey Brooke Potter" I felt like someone had knocked all the wind out of me. I couldn't believe it!! Dymond was actually crowning me!! I had worked so hard to reach my dreams that it had finally come true!! I had won!!
I was the new Sr. High Point Grand Supreme, the 10,000 dollar winner, and the first from NC to win so big!! My sister had won her division also and we brought home two NC titles from the Potter family!!
Now I wouldn't trade my crown and my title for anything in the world. I still get that tingling sensation in the bottom of my stomach every time I put that beautiful crown on.
I love going to parades because the little girls are so fun to hear and watch. When we go with other queens they're always like you have the biggest crown and the best Sash I've ever seen. It's so cute because they ask me if I'm a princess and they always want to touch my crown and sash!! I love the little kids and appearances are so much fun to make!! But being a responsible titleholder is VERY important to me and I enjoy performing community service as well. It is an honor to be a National Dream Girls USA Queen and I wouldn't trade the memories and friends I've made through Dream Girls USA for ANYTHING!
Dream Girls USA rocks!!! You CAN do it...I DID!!!!

I am HERE to tell every young lady, IF YOU WANT something bad enough, you CAN strive to achieve it!!! I DID!
I began my journey in October 2005, wth Dream Girls usa. I recieved a brochure in the mail, and decided to fill it out, My information why I wanted to be a Home town queen was a page long. Once I recieved my Home town banner and crown, I began making appreances, and I began looking for more local Community Service Projects, I began working on my Essay 2 months befor it was due.I attend the Texas State Pageant in February2006, where I would take home several awards along with the 2006 Texas Supreme Spokesmodel.
Wow! I began by making appreances and attending workshops in hopes of grabbing a National title in May,2006 in Chicago Illionis. I was working hard on my community service projects, and My spokesmodel speech. I practiced everyday for at 20 minutes, on my walks, my speech, looking at differant photos to take with me, working my Essay. My dream was to go and take home a title to Texas. I keep in contact with Ms Sherry and Sabrina, who helped me with several areas in getting ready for the trip of a life time.
I had a wonderful time in Chicago, learned alot. I would leave to go home to Texas without a title. Texas would leave with one title, taken by Jessica OberMiller. I said to Miss Sherry, and Sabrina, and Ms Melissa, I would be in St.Louis M.O. in 2007 to take home a National title. I was disappointed, but knew I needed some work, and was determined to go home and continue my quest for the 2007 Texas Queen of Queens, and work even harder for the next nationals. I increased My community service projects, to about 30-40 hours per week. I worked on my walks, my speech everyday. I worked on my essay for 3 months changing it over and over. I worked on my speech, over and over. I attend workshops in hopes of improving.
In February2007, I would take home the Texas Queen of Queens title, I was so excited it made me want to set higher goals and focus on Nationals. I attended fund raisers with other Queens to help raise any extra money needed for our trip to St.Louis. I said on the way to St. Louis I am not leaving without a title. upon arriving in St.Louis, I knew the competion would be hard. At the beginning of SpokesModel competion, Ms Sherry said you must nail your speech. I remembering standing behind the curtain waiting my turn practing my speech, and remembering that I was not nervous, and that I could do this, I pulled out my speech, things would start landing in place. My talent, was really great, my scores revealed how much I would put into talent, I owe those scores to Ms Mary, for her continuous help right up to time of talent. I had so much fun. The morning of crowning would show that Texas had worked so hard for 3 months getting ready for nationals, 5 National titles and a Young American Miss title, along with Director of the year, which Texas already knew Ms. Sherry was anyway. I took the Community Service award, but not essay and was not sure if my hard work had paid off, that was until Ms. Melissa called out my name for National Supreme SpokesModel, I just stood shocked, my mom on the other hand was screaming with excitement. Ms Sherry finally looked at me and said go get on stage. What a great moment that I will never forget. I am here to tell every young lady, if you want something bad enough you to can accomplish it , I did.
Dont just dream it do it! I did!
Love to all. Your 2007 National Supreme SpokesModel

Jaclyn Fleischer.Teen Miss Georgia 2007-2008 and NEW National Lifetime Queen
My journey with Dream Girls Started in March of 2007. I was on the internet just looking around for a pageant to be in, when I came along Dream Girls USA. I looked at the website and saw that they didn't have a Georgia pageant-so I e-mailed Miss Melissa and the journey began as a STATE DELEGATE QUEEN. I went to nationals as Teen Miss Georgia 2007-2008, At nationals I had the best time! I have been in many pageants but never one like this-it was great, everyone looked like they were having so much fun and all the queens were so nice! I made so many friends during the pageant-one of which I still talk too- Lindsey Brooke Potter-your 2007-2008 National SR. High Point Champ. Lindsey and I became friends SO quickly and we still e-mail each other. We will also both be at each other's state pageant-which will add to our memories. At nationals I placed 3rd runner up to the special event called.... Young American Royalty, I was SO happy!
After nationals I couldn't stop thinking about how much fun it would be to be in charge of the pageant here in Georgia-I had wanted to start my own pageant for a long time but wasn't sure if I could do it alone. I called up Miss Melissa and told her I wanted to do it! She then said that I need one of my parents to help me out-so I bugged my mother until she couldn't take it anymore and we signed up to be the Georgia Dream Girls USA Directors. I'm glad I did!
I am now a National Lifetime Queen and I am loving ever minute of it! I love Dream Girls and you will to! Dream Girls has given me so much along with a chance to be who I want to be. Thank you so much for helping make my dreams come true-

THANK YOU DREAM GIRLS USA PAGEANT!
This Program has done wonders for me. My favorite part in the pageant would be all the wonderful support you get from everyone, and how nice all the directors are. Being a Queen has made me feel like I am special. It has meant that I can achieve what I want to as long as I want it. It truly defines the statement ", your thoughts determine what you want, but your actions determine what you get." This past year I also competed with my mother and we had loads of fun. I remember teaching her how to walk like a queen and giving her tips on how do her hair and makeup. We went on all sorts of appearances and had a great time, I also remember that on the way home from our Tennessee State Pageant our directors car broke down and a tow truck had to pull her all the way back to Missouri, and within the next week we had gone to personally thank the tow man that pulled her home. I've made so many new pageant friends through Dream Girls who are now some of my best friends.

Dream Girls USA IS.... an exceptional pageant for ladies of all ages! It has changed my life forever.
Last year, we had "three generations" compete at state and nationals. We now have the most memorable moments to talk about in the future! Thanks DREAM GIRLS USA. I highly encourage families or mother/daughters to be titleholders together and experience the fun.... After all, you are taking your daughter to fun appearances...why not join her as a Queen!

Wow, I can't believe how fast this year is going by. It seems like just yesterday I was standing on stage with the other girls, anxiously awaiting the judge's final decision. When my name was called I couldn't believe it. I am still sort of in a daze! WHAT AN HONOR!!!
Being crowned Dream Girls USA 2006 National High Point Champion has opened so many doors for me. I've had the opportunity to meet many public officials, be a spokesperson for the Paula J. Carter Charitable Foundation, work with Girl Scouts of Greater St. Louis, Adopt a Pet, and have a lot of fun with the other Queens in parades. I have partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Siteman Cancer Center to promote breast cancer awareness and early detection. All of this has been great however; the best part is the lifelong friendships I have made. This has been an amazing experience. I am having a blast!
Dream Girls is not just a pageant but families of awesome, caring, and fabulous people who provide a system where you can showcase your talents, build confidence, and have fun!! Finally, to all the 2007 contestants, the best advice I can give you is to remember that life is a gift that should be cherished. Enjoy all the little things and then when something great happens like being a Dream Queen, it's just icing on the cake. Have fun and always smile as there's nothing more beautiful than a happy girl!

Being a part of Dream Girls USA as the 2006 National Ms. has changed my life greatly. I am more confident and less self conscience about my appearance.
I had never done a pageant before and my family and friends told me I should compete. Since my daughter Paige was already competing at Nationals I thought why not, I would be fun to share the experience with her so I entered. I was there to have fun and could hardly believe it when I won. I never dreamed that a plus size woman like me could win.
I am so proud to represent Dream Girls USA and would like to encourage everyone to enter. You don't have to be skinny, tall, or look like a model. All you have to do is carry yourself with confidence, poise and should that dynamic personality. You can do it!
I DID! Dream Girls USA looks at the entire person. You can be petite to plus size, wear braces, etc. JUST BE YOU!

It has been a great experience the last two years working with the Dream Girls USA Program.
It IS a program, and everyone learns to be more well rounded for ALL things they do. This is the PERFECT way to start and/or enhance yourself! Each time I participate, I learn something new. The girls are always very very helpful and nice!
I am so happy that in 2005 Erika Schnieder referred me to this program. Through Dream Girls USA I was able to meet a lot of great people, for instance Rae Willms and Kim Ackerman, ND/SD/MN Directors. I also met a whole lot of beautiful, bright and talented girls. I am wishing the best future for each and everyone of them. Be the shining star you are all called to be.
There are many girls that want to be in the place that we have all been as Queens and there are many more that will be Queens after we are grown up and moved on to other things. But we must all continue to work as a Dream Girls USA Team and support Dream Girls USA even after we're finished with the program. I support anything that builds self esteem and confidence in young girls and young women and this program does just that.
Thanks to all the training and coaching we have gotten from our parents and peers who support us so we were able to win a crown and shine. THANK YOU FOR BRINGING YOUR PAGEANT TO SOUTH DAKOTA!

Thank you Dream Girls USA for all your help and support. This IS very important for my daughter in building her self esteem while being around other queens as well. The Free workshops are absolutely amazing. I wish you well in all that YOU do just like you tell the girls. The competition is very very challenging, but at least there aren't 200 girls in an age division like some of the other pageants we went to. You really do know who we are and all about us and we are not treated like a "number" or like we're at a cattle call. Thank you so much for your assistance. We will support this program and hopefully some day Grace will win a National title! Proud Mom.....Charlene
